The work Passing through the Gold Mine by Xin Qi (Fake Fire Atelier),

currently on view at the Sado Island Galaxy Art Festival 2025 – Winter Season

(until March 15, 2026),has been featured by the Taiwanese art media Art Emperor.

 

This installation overlays the memories of gold mines on Sado Island and in Jiufen, Taiwan,

conceiving the cave as a passage that connects time and memory.
